Koyo at Shuzenji Nature Park (修善寺自然公園の紅葉) is one of the popular Autum leaves spots in Izu Peninsula. There are about 2,000 Maple trees in this park. Around the beginning of December, many momiji trees will be colored in beautiful red that is called Koyo in Japanese. It has also beautiful Lit-up.

There is parking and restroom.
Period: Early Dec.
Lit-up: at the end of November from 16:00 to 21:00

Koyo at Shuzenji Nature Park

Shuzenji Nijinosato is the largest Koyo Forest in Izu Peninsula. There are 1,000 Japanese maple trees and 1,000 western maple trees in this park. During the season, there are many food stands that sales local foods.

Also, it has lit-up Koyo at Night.
