Higashitakane Forest Park (東高根森林公園, higashitakaneshinrinkoen) is a forest park located in the center of Kawasaki city. It is located on the ruins of ancient Japanese residence of Yayoi period. Today, it is famous for various kinds of plants, trees and flowers. This forest park offers visitors a great nature relaxation around Tokyo. It is also chosen as one of 50 views of Kanagawa.

Higashitakane Forest Park

Higashitakane Forest Park is the preservation area of nature located in the center of Kawasaki. As Tokyo became the big modern city, this park and Ikuta park are ones of few area which preserves the nature of ancient Musashino field. Today, it is known as one of the nearest nature spots around Tokyo metro, and many people visit this park to enjoy the nature.

There are many seasonable flowers and in fall, you can enjoy beautiful Autumn leaves. Also, it is great wild bird view spot. You can watch Kingfishers and other rare birds.

Be careful with plants and animals in this park (never capture them)
Stay away from restricted area.

Dogs must be led all time.
Don't play with a large number of group.
