Castle with Yellow Flowers
Yamakami Castle (山上城址公園の蝋梅) is one of the flatland castle located in Kiryu, Gunma Prefecture. It was constructed in Kamakura period. It is also known as Wintersweets, Robai in Japanese, spots in Kanto Region. There are about 150 Robai Trees that bloom in the middle of January. Robai is a beautiful yellow flower with a nice smell. It is very few flowers that you can enjoy in winter. The colors of snow-white, yellow flowers and blue sky are the best harmony of the Japanese nature in winter.

Access
0. at Maebashi Station.
1. walk to Chuo Maebashi Station.
2. use Jomo Line to Niisato Station.
3. walk north.
