Lake Nanko is one of the national historic site and scenic beauty in Fukushima. It is also very famous Sakura spot in Shirakawa. There are 800 Sakura that bloom in the middle of April. Lake Nanko is the oldest park in Japan. Therefore, it is designated as national historic site and scenic beauty.
