Rakuju-en (楽寿園) is a garden located in Mishima, Shizuoka. It is a garden made by the imperial family in 1890. It is a garden with spring water from Mt Fuji and lava. This garden made on lava is registered as the national scenic beauty. It is also registered as national monument of nature.

There is parking and restroom.
Admission: 300 yen for adult, 50 yen for kid. There is a group discount.
Time: 9:00 to 17:00 (last entry 16:30, Nov. to Mar. 16:00).
Closed: on Monday. When Monday is holiday, Tuesday)

Rakuju-en

Rakuju-en is a Japanese garden located in Mishima, Shizuoka. It was built in 1890 by the prince Akihito of the imperial family.

It is a beautiful pond surrounding style garden with tea house. The water of this pond is the spring water from Mt Fuji. The groves of this garden is planted over the lavas.

It is registered as the national memorial monument of nature and national scenic beauty.
