Memorial Park of Admiral Togo (東郷元帥記念公園) is located in the ruins of Admiral Togo's House, Chiyoda, Tokyo. Admiral Togo is one of the greatest and most famous Admiral in the world. He was the Fleet Admiral of Japanese Navy during Rosso-Japanese War. He lead his fleet great victory against Baltic Fleet.
