Akazawa Shizen Kyuyou Rin is a beautiful forest park located in Agematsu, Nagano Prefecture.
It was the first forest park that used for natural healing for body and mind. It is a great place to enjoy Japanese nature and forest.
Akazawa Nature Healing Forest (赤沢自然休養林) is one of forest parks located in Kiso, Nagano. There are many hiking courses that you can enjoy beautiful forest. Each courses is well maintained and very easy to walk. There is a small train to reach the other end of park. Some of the courses have beautiful rivers.
