Flower & Green Promotion Center (花と緑の振興センター) is located Kawaguchi, Saitama. It has a beautiful Ume, Japanese plum, garden. From the February to the end of March the garden is open and beautiful Ume Flowers are blooming. There are 136kinds 200 Ume trees in this garden.
