Fujimoto Shrine (藤基神社) is located in Murakami, Niigata. It enshrine the first lord of Murakami Domain, Naito Shigenari. He was also the brother of Tokugawa Ieyasu. The main shrine was built in 1849. The beautiful carving was made by Ariiso Syusai.

Fujimoto Shrine enshrines the first lord of Murakami, Naito Nobunari who is also the brother of Tokugawa Ieyasu.
The main building was constructed in 1849. The beautiful carving of the building was made by Ariiso Syusai who is very famous artist in Murakami.
It also enshrines, 10th and 11th lords of Murakami, Hachiman, Tenjin, Inari and other gods.
