Learn how traditional crafts are being kept alive and see how the Japanese people of old lived and worked.

Visitors are invited to join in and experience some crafts and learn how to make bamboo baskets, weave straw sandals and mats, and make traditional Japanese paper. Traditional paper making demonstrations (Kamisuki) are given by the Kanagawa-Kamisuki-kenkyukai (Society for the Study of Papermaking).
