Inatori Onsen is located on the south area of Izu Peninsula, approximately, 2 hours from Tokyo. Inatori (稲取) was one of the major stone mining for building Edo Castle. There are many stones left over in this town. At the mountain, there are many ruins which tells you have the Stones were cut and prepared to carry over the castle. Now, people use those stones to built their own Stone walls. In October, there is festival to pull the stone in traditional way.
