Yanaka water path(やなか水のこみち, yanakamizunokomichi) is a small Kyoto style back street of Gujo. It is considered as the best scenery of Gujo city. This small street has a beautiful canal to represent the city of pure water. This beautiful bath exisit since Edo period.

Tourist Info.
There is no parking.
Be careful. Cars also use this small street.
There are three local museums surrounding this path.

0. at Minoshi Station.
1. use Etsuminan Line to GujoHachiman (44 min.)
2. use local bus to downtown.
3. walk south.

The floor of this street use 80,000 stones from Nagaragawa River and Yoshida River.

In Edo period, this street was actually the back street for Samurai to access to Yukaku, night spots.
