Nikko Shiraito Falls (日光 白糸の滝) is one of waterfalls in Nikko. It is located just behind of Futaarasan Shrine and next to its upper shrine. It is 10m high.

Legend said, Priest Kukai practiced at this waterfalls. In 1486, Jiko of Kyoto Seigoin Temple, visited here and wrote a song.
世々をを経て 結ぶ契りの 末なれや この滝尾の たきの白 糸
"For many years after the married, at the end is just like this end of waterfalls, it is like white thread."
