Mt. Tamon (多聞山) is the small mountain located in Shichigahama, Miyagi. It has the great view of Matsushima which count as the one of the four great view of Matsushima. It is called Ikan " 偉観” because it has strong view of Matsushima.

Mt. Tamon has 56m high. The view of Matsushima from Mt. Tamon is one of the four view points of Matsushima as well as Mt. Otakamori, Tomiyama, and Ogidani. It is called "Ikan" because the view has the great combination of several islands which makes like Japanese stone garden. The combination of colors with sea, pins and rocks is like natural Japanese garden.
At the best view points, there is the shrine call Bisyamon ten.
