Suhara Shrine (洲原神社) is located northern Mino city. It was established in 717 by Yasuzumi under order of Gensho Emperor. It enshrines Izanagi, Izanami and Onamuchi no Mikoto. This shrine has the highest rank of Shinto, Sho ichii, therefore it is very important shrine. Wadaiko on the gate is very huge and main feature of this shrine.

There is parking and restroom.

Access
0. at Gifu Station.
1. use JR Takayama Line to Mino Ota (35 min.)
2. use Nagaragawa Line to Suhara 30 min.)
3. walk north (5 min.)

Access to Mino and Gujo Area

Terminal station: Minoshi Station.
Access from Nagoya.
- by car: use Tokai Hokuriku Express way to Mino.
- by train: use JR Tokaido Line to Gifu. use JR Takayama Line to Mino Ota. use Nagaragawa Etsuminan Line to Minoshi.
