Shinagawa Kumin Park (品川区民公園, shinagawakuminkouen) is a one of the biggest parks in Shinagawa ward. There is a pond and this pond water come directly from Tokyo bay. Water, sand and pine-trees: the scenery of this pond mimics the Shinagawa beach which hash vanished decades ago. In this park you can enjoy exercises, like walking, jogging or cycling. You can barrow a bicycle for free (but you have to come here before 4 o'clock). There are signs in this park which show you how to exercise. If you are looking for a place to jog, come to Shinagawa Kumin Park.

In the spring, there about 130 plum trees and 400 Sakura will blossom. One of the great spot to do Hanami.
In the south part of the park, there are restaurant, aquarium, and gift shop.
