Oshino Village (忍野村, oshinomura) is one of the small village located next to Mt. Fuji. One of the great feature about this village is Soba (蕎麦). Because it has great pure water from Mt. Fuji, there are many great Soba shops in the village. Here, we introduce one of the Soba shop in Oshino, Maisen (名泉), one of the great Soba shops. Most of the Sobashop in Oshino, they have free tasting. Let's see how foreigners eat Soba.

Tourist Info.
It is free tasting, but you should buy one Soba box after you eat their soba. The box is mostly price about 500 yen for 7 meals.

Enjoy, checking how foreigners eat soba! When you eat soba, you must make a sound. Which is very important custom in Japan when you eat any kinds of noodle.

Meisen Soba (名泉そば製麺所)
Soba box: 500 yen for seven meals.
Udon box: 500 yen for seven meals.
You can make a combo with Soba and Udon.
