Naena Falls (苗名滝) is one of the 100 best waterfalls in Japan. It is located on the border of Nagano and Niigata Prefecture. It is 55m high and because of the its huge sounds, it is also known as the waterfalls of earthquake.

It is also known as the Koyo, autumn leave spots. Koyo happens around the mid to end of October.
In the spring, the amount of water increases by snow-melted water.
The road to the observatory is well constructed and very easy to access.
