How to cook Takoyaki

Takoyaki (たこ焼き) (literally fried or baked octopus) is a popular Japanese dumpling made of batter, diced or whole baby octopus, tempura scraps (tenkasu), pickled ginger, and green onion, topped with okonomiyaki sauce, ponzu, mayonnaise, green laver (aonori), and katsuobushi (fish shavings).

Flour (150cc)
Boild Octopus,
Dashi no moto for Takoyaki dough,
Dry Bonito,
Pickled Ginger.
Water (200cc)

First cut Ginger into small pieces.
We are going to add this ginger when we cook the ball.
Next, cut octopus about 2cm size. Like this.
Next, make Takoyaki dough.
Add 1 egg into flour.
Add Dashinomoto little.
Add one cup of water(100cc).
Then mix them.
Once it get smooth, add another cup of water.
Mix them well.
That's it.
Everything is ready to cook. Let's make Takoyaki.
First use this Takoyaki plate.
Heat the place with medium fire.
Add oil and use kitchen paper to apply oil.
After the plate get heated well, pour the Takoyaki dough.
Then add octopus in each dips.
Add Gingers.
Wait for couple of minutes.
Once the spilled parts are cooked, used the needle to separate the each balls. and flip the ball over like this.
Keep rolling the balls until all surface are get crispy.
Then that's it. Remove them from the place.
Before you eat. Pour vegetable sauce.
Add mayonnaise and dry bonito.
That's it.
