Information

Somen (素麺) is a popular Japanese summer food. It is dry noodle which is served cold with dipping sauce. It is the same noodle of Udon, but Somen is much thinner.

Detail

Boil somen with boiled water for one minute.

Remove somen and wash with cold water.
Prepare ice and water and take one bit of and drop them in the ice water.

Make dipping sauce.
This is dipping sauce. Dilute this by adding water.
Sauce : water = 1 : 1
If you like mild taste make it thinner like Sauce : water = 1 : 2
