Homyoji Temple Sakura is a very minor but beautiful Cherry Blossom spot in Tokyo. It is located near Ikebukuro Station and Kishibojin. There are many food stands open during the festival and you can set on the chair and eat the food on the tables. Sakura blooms in the late March to the early April.
