Camphor Tree at Shinoda(信太神社の樟樹) is one of the giant trees located in Hashimoto, Wakayama Prefecture. It is about 400 years old camphor tree. It is 25m tall and 7 around. Another tree is parasited on this tree.

Shinoda Shrine's Camphor Tree stands strong against all kinds of weather, gives us a sense of power and is a sacred tree with a distinctive character. From this camphor tree grows a big Kuroganemochi Tree with a circumference of 2.1m. This is very interesting and mysterious.
