How to eat Natto

Natto is a ferment soy beans by Natto bacteria. It is one of the most common rice topping for Japanese breakfast.



First, mix Natto with chopsticks.
The more you would mix, the better taste Natto would be.
When you mix Natto well, it gets very sticky.
See, these white strings. They are taste good.
Then add a bit of soy sauce.
Don't add too much soy sauce because it gets salty.
You can also add Japanese mustard.
When soy sauce and Natto mixed well, the time to eat.
Natto is good with steamed rice.
It has very interesting taste and smell.
Once you got used to it, you will love Natto.
Very healthy, too.
