Hanging Gardens of Meguro (目黒天空庭園）is a park located on the top of freeway. The altitude from the ground level is 11m to 35m. It has a great view of Tokyo area. It has nice walking pass and benches to relax and enjoy the queit moment in noisy Tokyo.
