Ingredients
Pork Plate
Konjac
Tofu
Powdered Base Soup
Miso
Yam
Cocklebur
Green Onion
Carrot
Onion

Step
Green Onion is for topping.
Boil Yam for about 5 min.
Put water out and peel off the skin.
Boiled Yam is easy to peel off.
Easy, isn't it. You have to cut the part which hard to
peel off.
Cut them into bite-size.
Next, Cocklebur. Cut them into small pieces.
We call them Sasagake.
Put them in water to take out lixivium
Cut the top and start slicing.
Cut the top, peel off the skin, and start slicing.
Put them into water.
Cut carrot in to small pieces. We call Ichigiri.
Slice Onion.
Slice Konjac about 5 mm thick
Boil all vegetables from water.
Add Base soup, Dashi.
Boil while and add Yam.
Take out lixivium.
Add Pork.
Again, Take out lixivium.
Add Konjac.
Cut Tofu into bite-size and add them.
Stop the heat and add Miso.
Add sliced green onion on the soup.
Pour little sesame oil.
