Osake Shrine

Travel Information

Osake Shrine (大避神社) is one of the oldest shrine in Hyogo Prefecture.
It is also known as Tsuchida no miya. Hatano Kawakazu rested here during his travel in 7th century. In 1314, Terada Honen attacked this area, and people of Toji defeated with this shrine.

There is parking. No restroom.

Osake Shrine

Enshrine: Oosakenoookami.

Osake Shrine is one of the oldest shrine in Hyogo. It is also known as Tsuchida no Miya. Legend said, Hatano Kawakatsu often visited this place and villagers built the small hill for Kawakatsu to welcome him. It was established in 13 to 14th century.
