Nakamachi（仲町）is the area with many Samurai Houses located in Hirosaki. It is located in north side of Hirosaki Castle. There are 4 Samurai houses remains. Also, many modern houses also has Samurai style wooden walls, hedge and gate. This area is registered as the perceived scenery of traditional buildings.

Sasamori House was constructed in the middle of Edo period.
