Tashiro Falls (田代滝) is one of the waterfalls located in Chiba Prefecture. It is about 10m tall twin waterfalls. Legend said, there is a huge snake at the basin.
Tourist Info. There is parking. No restroom.
Access 0. at Goi Station.
1. use Kominato Line to Joso Nakano Station.
2. use a local bus to Tashiro.

Tashiro Falls is known as the legend of a white large dragon. In the old time, the white snake was living at the pond of Enshoji temple. However, when people repaired the temple, they moved the snake to this falls. The white snake became the woman. When she was riding on the cow and walking, kids made fun of her. She got upset and made all the kids into stones. However, she was killed by the dog of Samurai.
