Suzaka Classic Museum (須坂クラシック美術館) is one of the traditional houses located in Suzaka, Nagano Prefecture. It is know opened for a museum. This house was constructed in the late 19th century. It has a great Nagayamon style gate with Kura and main house. It is one of the largest scales of the remaining traditional houses with great Nagayamon Samurai Gate, the main house and Kura. It displays the great art collections of the famous painter Oka Nobutaka.

The admission: 300 yen. Free for under junior.
Time: 9:00 to 17:00.
Closed: Thursday.

Suzaka Classic Museum
Suzaka Classic Museum was constructed in the late 19th century by Maki Shinichi. Maki family was the clothing merchant, then he built a bank in Suzaka. This house was used to be one of the largest houses in Suzaka. This house has collections of the famous painter and artist, Oka Nobutaka.

The building has a great Nagayamon Gate, the main house, shops and Kura. The basement of the house has Mochi Style stones, which is very unique in this region. The beam of the Kura is very powerful. The main house has many rich features of classic architectures at this time.
