Harumi Passenger Ship Terminal (晴海客船ターミナル) is the international Ship Terminal located on harumi Island. There is the observatory on the sixth floor of the building and has great view of Tokyo Bay Area, and Shinagawa Skyscrapers. At night, you can see great view of Tokyo city light. Also, it is the best spot for the Rainbow bridge.
