Senga Waterfall
Senga waterfall (仙峨滝, sengataki)
Senga waterfall is one of the 100 best waterfalls in Japan located Syosenkyo Valley in Yamanashi Prefecture. It has about 30m (100 ft.) high.
The fall is formed by the great rocks. The mist from the fall and scenes of rocks make cool air around the fall.
Tourist Info.
There are free parking and restrooms. It is very tight location but many gift shops and restaurants are opened around the fall.

Detailed travel guide for Senga Waterfall
It is very beautiful waterfall and very easy to see it because it located right next to the parking area. Because it is located in Shosenkyo Valley, many tourist visit this waterfall. You can start hiking at the lower part of the river, and enjoy waterfall at the end of Hiking. It will be 4km (2.5 miles) shourt Hiking. Shosenkyo was selected the most famous travel spot. So it is very nice to see great valley and fall. You can also visit Panorama Dai to see great view of Mt. Fuji and South Alpine.

Kofu is the middle area of Yamanashi prefecture. There are many historic buildings and events in Kofu area. Moreover, There are great nature spots and mountains such as Southern Alpine, Nishizawa Valley and Shosen Valley. Many people visit here for hiking and trekking. There are many tour bus from Kofu Station.
Archaeologists have discovered evidence of human settlement in the Kōfu area dating back as far as 6000 years BCE. However, the town of Kōfu was not formally established until 1519.
Hoto is the most famous Kofu Food.
