It's a very beautiful waterfall. Water is splashing into the air from the great rock table. There is a huge opened cave created by the great rock table, so you can actually view the inside of the fall. At June, there are many hydrangea blooming. Be careful, after heavy rain, falling rocks sometimes happen.

Gunma (群馬) is a rural part of Japan with hot springs, a safari park, and plenty of hiking. For anime fans, Gunma is also the backdrop for the popular street racing/drifting anime called "Initial D". Gunma prefecture is said to be shaped like a crane in flight,so there is a card - Tsuru mau katachi no gunma-ken in Jomo Karuta(Japanese card game).
There is no much populated city in Guma, therefore many beautiful nature is still preserved well. The west side of Gunma, for example "Kusatsu" which is the most famous hot spring village in Japan, has many hot spring area.
